If you were a presenter at the 2007 NCPN Conference and would like to have your presentation and handouts posted to our 2007 Conference in Review page, please email attachments to Laura Miller at lmiller@cord.org. The following formats will be accepted PowerPoint (.ppt), Word (.doc), and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf).  If using another format, please contact Laura at 254-772-8756 ext. 316 before sending.

The 2008 NCPN Conference Presenter Proposal Form is now online.  NCPN would like to have submissions from best practices from around the country.  If you'd like to submit a proposal, please download and submit the form by March 21, 2008 .  If you have questions, contact Sheila Wilson at  swilson@cord.org
