- No telephone reservations will be accepted by the Housing Bureau.
- Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Allow up to two weeks for an acknowledgement.
- After September 29, 2008, rooms and rates are based on availability.

Reservation Deposit
All hotels require a one night room deposit with each reservation. Requests received without credit card information will not be processed. You can guarantee your reservation with a credit card and pay with a check from your organization (no personal checks) upon arrival. Credit cards will not be charged until checkout or if registrant is a no-show.
Changes/Cancellations
Continue to use the NCPN Housing Bureau for all changes/cancellations through October 8, 2008 (4:00 PM EST), via fax or mail. After October 8, all new reservations, changes, and cancellations must go directly through the hotel. Do not contact the hotels directly until after October 8, 2008.
