HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Reservation Policies

• Hotel does not accept purchase orders
• All reservations must be guaranteed for late arrival with a credit card or a check for one night's lodging plus 15% tax. You can guarantee your reservation with a credit card and pay with a check upon arrival. Credit cards will not be charged until checkout.
• If room is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date, credit card will be charged one night's lodging plus tax.
• When making reservations, mention the NCPN conference to obtain conference rates.
• The Sheraton Dallas is a smoke free hotel.  To protect the smoke free environment, the Hotel will post a $200 cleaning fee to the account of any guest who smokes in their hotel room.

Internet

Internet in guest rooms is $12.95 for a 24-hour period. Wired and wireless is available. Free Internet for hotel guests is available in the hotel "Link" located in the hotel lobby, South Tower. Enter your name and room number to gain access.

There will be an E-Center available in the Press Room during conference hours for conference attendees. This is located one level above the lobby.

TRANSPORTATION

AIRLINES
Dallas is serviced by two airports: Dallas Fort Worth Int'l (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL).
To DFW: American Airlines is the official airline of the 2010 NCPN confrence. Refer to American Starfile #53H0AW for discounts into DFW.
To Love Field: Reservations can be made at www.southwest.com or www.continental.com.

SUPERSHUTTLE
The SuperShuttle is available to and from Dallas/Forth Worth (DFW) and Love Field (DAL) Airport, $14 each way or $26 roundtrip. To make reservations, go to https://www.supershuttle.com/GroupRez/TripDetails.aspx?GC=GLAFC.
Upon arrival at DFW, go to the 2nd level (baggage) and follow the signs for Shared Ride.
Upon arrival at Love Field, go across from the baggage area to the Taxi/Limo/Stand. 
Look for the blue SuperShuttle Van and let the driver know that you are going to be staying at the Sheraton Dallas.
On the return to DFW, SuperShuttle Vans depart from the Sheraton Dallas every 30 minutes from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reservations are required after those times.
On the return to Love Field, reservations are required for all transportation.

EXECUCAR/SEDAN MEET AND GREET SERVICE 
Reservations for Execucar/Sedan Meet and Greet Service can be made through SuperShuttle at https://www.supershuttle.com/GroupRez/TripDetails.aspx?GC=GLAFC.
Fares are $59 from DFW; $53 from Love Field. 
At DFW the driver will meet you AT THE GATE with a PRINTED NAME SIGN. 
At Love Field, the driver will be at CURB SIDE with a PRINTED NAME SIGN.

TAXIS
Taxis are approximately $50 from DFW and $25 from Love Field. 
At DFW, go outside the 2nd level baggage area and follow the signs for Taxi/Limo stands.
At Dallas Love Field, go across from the baggage area to the Taxi/Limo/Van stand.

HOTEL PARKING
Parking at the hotel is on a first come/first serve basis.  The Sheraton has two parking garages.  Registered hotel guests may park in in an underground garage directly under the main hotel, this lot is entered from the right lane on Pearl Street.  The conference center garage is entered from the left lane directly across from the main hotel entrance on Olive Street, this lot is the best place for exhibitors to park.  Sheraton's self-service parking is $10 per day for hotel guests and $15 per day for non-guests. Valet parking is $25 per day.  Additional parking is available at private pay lots near the hotel.  Guests should have cash available as some lots are cash pay only.  View the parking map.
