Membership is not processed until check or purchase order is received.  Payment must be received within 10 days of receiving membership application, otherwise, application is discarded.  When purchasing an institutional/organizatonal/consortium membership, all names must be submitted at the time of application.  Membership can be transferred from one person to another at any time after applying.
