NCPN Registration Forms and Information

All sessions will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Atlanta.

REGISTRATION POLICIES


ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please complete the entire ONLINE Registration Form to speed your registration. (One form per participant. Please resubmit the form for additional registrants.)  Incomplete forms cannot be processed.  All forms must include payment or purchase order.   Confirmations will be sent to the registrant. Invoices will be sent to the billing organization.

If registering online, payment methods are:

  • Purchase Order number with billing address and phone

MEMBERSHIP 

To qualify for NCPN member conference rates, a registrant must maintain an active membership in the National Career Pathways Network professional organization. If your membership expires prior to the conference, you must renew the membership at this time or pay the nonmember rate.

CAREER PATHWAYS LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION 

Career Pathways Leadership Certification attendees must also register for one of the Preconferences and for the general conference in order to receive enough hours for certification.

PRESENTERS 

Presenters will be sent a different registration form.  Please do not register until you have received notification about your presentation submission in May.

CANCELLATIONS / SUBSTITUTIONS

For individuals who must cancel their registrations, the following rules apply.

All cancellations must be in writing.

A registrant whose cancellation is received by August 31, 2009, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations received between September 1, 2009 and September 15, 2009 will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.

Individuals whose cancellations are received after September 15 and conference no-shows will be responsible for the full registration fee.

Those who determine they cannot attend the conference after they have registered may substitute colleagues in their place. Please call 800-518-1410 ext. 329 for further details on submitting a substitution request.
