| For individuals who must cancel their registrations, the following rules apply.
All cancellations must be in writing.
A registrant whose cancellation is received by September 15 , 2008, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received between September 16, 2008 and October 6, 2008 will be charged 50% of the total registration fee.
Individuals whose cancellations are received after October 6 and conference no-shows will be responsible for the full registration fee.
Those who determine they cannot attend the conference after they have registered may substitute colleagues in their place. Please call 800-518-1410 ext. 329 for further details on submitting a substitution request. |
