National Career Pathways Network
The National Career Pathways Network (NCPN), a division of CORD, provides leadership and resources for secondary, postsecondary, and adult educators, employers, and workforce development professionals. NCPN’s annual conference is consistently rated highly by attendees for providing access to best practice programs and national experts. NCPN connects people and resources, provides leadership and professional development, and facilitates the discovery of solutions through partnering at local, state, and national levels.



High-Impact Technology Exchange Conference
The High-Impact Technology Exchange Conference (HI-TEC) is a national conference on advanced technological education through which technical educators, industry professionals, and technicians can update their knowledge and skills. Charged with preparing America’s skilled technical workforce, the event focuses on the preparation needed by the existing and future workforce for companies in the high-tech sectors that drive our nation’s economy. HI-TEC is supported by a consortium of National Science Foundation Advanced Technological Education centers and projects as well as corporate and industry partners. The HI-TEC conference and related activities are managed by CORD.



COMBASE
COMBASE is a consortium of community and technical colleges dedicated to sharing innovative strategies for meeting the challenges posed by rapid change in our nation’s economy. Activities include an annual conference that brings together college presidents/chancellors and their staff members to exchange information on innovative community partnerships, workforce solutions, adult education initiatives, and operational frameworks. CORD provides management support for COMBASE events and membership services.
