The National Career Pathways Network (NCPN) is pleased to announce open registration for its 2025–2026 Leadership Development Academies, a trio of professional learning experiences designed to equip educators, counselors, and workforce professionals with the tools to lead with intention across Career Pathways systems.
This year’s academies include:
- Leadership Development Academy (LDA): A refreshed experience for emerging and mid-level leaders working at the intersection of education and workforce, focused on practical leadership strategies and cross-sector collaboration. (Starts Oct 3.)
- Counseling and Career Development Academy (CCDA): A focused experience for professionals guiding learners—of all ages—through career decisions and transitions with intentional advising strategies. (Starts Oct 8.)
- Career Pathways Leadership Certification (CPL): A redesigned, systems-level approach to leading and strengthening Career Pathways, with emphasis on strategic partnerships, employer engagement, and performance metrics. (Starts Oct 17.)
Each academy includes a mix of virtual sessions and culminates in a live capstone experience at NCPN Connect 2026, to be held in New Orleans. Sessions are thoughtfully scheduled to accommodate working professionals.
“We’re not just growing leaders—we’re empowering professionals to lead with intention and clarity at every level.”
